URL are appointed to design a luxury resort on a virgin island in the Noonu Atoll region of the Maldives. The area is regarded as one of the best unexplored diving sites in the Maldives due to the atolls lack of development compared to the atolls further south.

175 hectares in size and featuring one of the largest lagoon areas in the region, the resort comprises 120 beach and water villas which are complimented by number of fine dining locations, watersports, diving and spa facilities.
The resort features the latest in environmental technologies in line with the Maldivian government's environmental policy to be carbon neutral within a decade by completely switching to renewable energy sources and sustainable waste management practices.
