The landscape design of the development is conceived as 2 separate parks. The first park being the ground floor of the site which intertwines the landscaped grounds of the development into the wider context. The second park is located above the car park and is directly accessible from level 5 of the residential tower. The formal arrangement reflects the architectural expression of the residential tower.
Connecting the ground floor park with the podium park is the vertical planting enveloping the car park structure. Climbing plants spill over from planters located on the podium down to the ground floor ensuring that a planted green connection is maintained between the informal gardens at the ground floor level and the formal gardens at podium level.
