The scheme is a 1.55m sqft mixed use development located 10km south east of KLCC. The residential element comprises 1,210 apartments contained within 4 individual towers positioned above the retail component on the facilities deck. The faciliies deck is terraced to create 3 distinct leisure zones across this area. Also interlinking the towers is a sky bridge at level 27, which introduces additional programmes to the high rise buildings that ordinarily would require residents to travel to the podium to enjoy.
The retail zone is arranged as a linear block and is placed to the street front of the site, rising up to 6 levels high. This creates the public face of the development allowing retailers to capture a continuous audience from the adjacent highway. The retail block is punctuated with the atrium to introduce natural light throughout the retail area and into the basement parking level. The primary retail circulation occurs within this space.
